Kraken: "Action Required" message when it's not

Given that Kraken recently broke my Monero deposit address [0], which I had used a lot over the years, without me realising, I was alert to this message from them saying "Action Required".  But, of course, it's not.  Because I have no interest in, and have never used, this EVM address.

This is probably why any communication about the Monero address change was passed over.  If you incorrectly signal "Action Required", then all such messages get treated as spam.
