review: Switel TE22

The Switel TE22 is a landline phone with the normal RJ11 connector.

Sadly, the unit purchased by your humble reviewer emitted a loud buzzing sound into the earpiece, and this was louder than the call content or the dial tone.  Your humble reviewer swapped active RJ11 cables with a neighboring phone, to isolate the issue to the Switel TE22, rather than, say, a cable or VoIP box port.

The other annoyance is the "rotary" layout of the buttons, which makes dialling cumbersome.
